Team & Governance

Leadership & Governance

Structured oversight. Professional management. Accountable implementation.

Governance Structure

General Assembly

Our highest sovereign authority, it is composed of all registered members. It holds ultimate accountability for the organization’s mission, meeting annually to approve the audited financial statements, and elect the Board of Directors every two years. It serves as the primary mechanism for institutional democracy and transparency.

Board of Directors

Al-Ihsan is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for strategic direction, policy oversight, and institutional integrity.
The Board ensures alignment with the organization’s founding mandate, monitors financial accountability, and safeguards compliance with national regulations and international humanitarian standards.

Executive Management

Day-to-day operations are led by an Executive Management Team responsible for program implementation, financial management, partnerships, and operational performance.
The management structure ensures separation between governance oversight and executive authority, reinforcing transparency and institutional continuity.
